Thanks to the sleuthing of Dr. Joe Webb, the digitizing efforts of Dr. Bruce Frey, and the collection of legendary OTR collector Don Frey, two new episodes of Suspense have been uncovered and put into circulation! For now they can be downloaded here:

- “The Hand” ca. 1960. Here’s what Dr. Frey noted about this recording: “Now that I have the opportunity to be at home and on my computer more than usual, it’s time I started posting some hard-to-find Suspense episodes. These are in my father, Don Frey’s, collection. He is not computer savvy, so I have begun digitizing them, and will share them here. Joe Webb and Ryan Ellett of this group have identified some episodes from his catalog that are not in general circulation. Let’s begin with “1960 (??) ‘The Hand’ by Mel Dinelli; Supposedly a presentation offered to Suspense, but not produced.” It sounds like a demo recording to me. It’s drug theme may have kept it off the air.”
